⚠️

Dear guests, to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable cruise trip, please read the following safety reminders carefully. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our staff at any time.

🎒I. Pre-departure Essentials

  1. Clothing: Chongqing is hot in summer and cold in winter. The Sichuan-Chongqing region features many slopes and stairs — we recommend choosing appropriate clothing, lightweight shoes, and rain gear according to the season and climate to ensure travel comfort.
  2. Sun Protection: Due to the strong sunlight in Chongqing during summer, we recommend bringing sunscreen, sun hats, sunglasses, and other sun protection items.
  3. Medications: Travelers should carry commonly used medications (such as cold medicine, anti-diarrhea medicine, motion sickness pills, etc.) according to their physical condition. Elderly travelers with chronic conditions should carry relevant emergency medications.
  4. Warm Clothing: When sightseeing on board, wind on the river can be strong, so light sweaters or jackets should be prepared during spring, autumn, and winter.
  5. Valid ID: Cruise boarding requires real-name registration. Please be sure to bring a valid ID card or passport for boarding. Please arrive at the cruise terminal or designated meeting point on time — do not be late.

⚠️II. Safety Precautions

  1. Prohibited Dangerous Items: It is forbidden to bring flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive, or other dangerous items that may endanger personal and property safety on board. Pets are not allowed on board.
  2. Family Contact: Before departure, arrange household matters and inform family members of your travel itinerary, schedule, and other information. You may also provide your family's emergency contact information to the booking party.
  3. Boarding Safety: Passengers must use gangways and steps when boarding or disembarking — do not climb over railings or push. Hold handrails when boarding. When disembarking, wait until the vessel has docked securely and disembark in order to avoid injury. Exercise caution when passing through floating platforms during shore excursions and watch your step on stairs.
  4. Safety Briefing: After boarding, attend the cruise safety briefing as required by the crew. Identify the specific locations of life jackets, life buoys, and firefighting equipment according to on-board signage.
  5. Restricted Areas: Do not enter vessel work areas or crew-only zones (entrances are clearly marked). Do not wear indoor slippers in public areas or on outer deck areas (6F & 7F) to prevent slips and falls.
  6. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted indoors on the cruise ship. Designated smoking areas are limited to the Sun Deck.
  7. Environmental Protection: Protecting the environment is every traveler's responsibility. Do not spit or litter — dispose of waste in trash bins. It is strictly forbidden to discard garbage or waste into the water. Minimize the use of disposable items.
  8. Equipment Protection: Do not touch various onboard instruments and equipment to avoid electric shock. Please care for all facilities and items on board — any damage caused by passengers will be charged at replacement cost.
  9. Return on Time: At each scenic spot, listen to onboard announcements and your guide's advice. Remember the docking pier and the scheduled departure time. Return to the vessel at the time specified by the crew to avoid being left behind. Upon arrival at scenic areas, note the meeting point, time, and the license plate number of your tour bus.
  10. Special Care: Travelers with elderly companions or children should take good care of them and monitor their physical condition. In case of emergency, promptly seek help from your guide or crew.
  11. Health Disclosure: Due to the nature of cruise travel, travelers with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, mental health conditions, or disabilities must proactively inform the travel agency. The vessel has limited medications and medical facilities. If a guest's condition is critical and cannot be managed on board, the vessel will arrange shore-based medical treatment.
  12. Movement On Board: Cruise stairways and passages are relatively narrow — running on board is prohibited to prevent accidents. Do not wear high heels or indoor slippers when using stairs to avoid slipping and injury. When sightseeing or taking photographs, stand firmly and hold on — be mindful of safety.
  13. Respect Local Culture: The Three Gorges region is rich in cultural relics and folk traditions. When ashore, respect local customs and do not touch or damage cultural relics or historic sites.
  14. Property Safety: During travel, pay attention to personal and property safety. Keep mobile phones, watches, cameras, video equipment, and other valuables secure to prevent them from falling into the river. Safes are provided in cabins for storing valuables. If the vessel is docked adjacent to another ship, close cabin doors and windows to protect privacy and belongings.
  15. Emergency Situations: In an emergency, remain calm and follow the instructions of crew members or onboard announcements. Evacuate following emergency signage and escape routes to emergency exits.

III. Food & Hygiene Precautions

  1. Healthy Eating: When traveling, pay attention to your health. Avoid raw food, raw seafood, and unpeeled fruit. Limit frozen foods. Do not patronize unlicensed roadside stalls. Avoid overeating. Drink plenty of boiled water, eat more vegetables and fruit, do not smoke, and drink less alcohol.
  2. Food Quality: When purchasing food at your travel destination, pay attention to product quality. Do not buy products missing manufacturer, production date, or manufacturer address information. If food appears unsanitary or shows signs of spoilage or unusual odors, do not consume it.
  3. Stranger Awareness: Do not casually accept or consume cigarettes, food, or beverages offered by strangers to protect yourself from potential harm.
  4. Personal Hygiene: To prevent infectious diseases, pay attention to personal hygiene and wash hands frequently to stay clean.

🛍️IV. Shopping Precautions

  1. Reputable Shopping: As the authenticity and quality of goods sold at small stalls and by itinerant vendors are difficult to guarantee, try to avoid purchasing from small stalls. If a purchase is necessary, inspect goods carefully before negotiating. If you do not intend to purchase, do not ask about prices or bargain to avoid disputes.
  2. Scenic Area Shopping: When visiting scenic areas, do not follow sales promoters to remote locations for shopping or picking up goods.
  3. Secure Belongings: In crowded and bustling venues, pay attention to protecting your wallet, handbag, valuables, and identification documents.

💝V. Important Reminders

  1. Health Check: To ensure a smooth trip, travelers should undergo a necessary health check before departure. Elderly travelers over 70, pregnant women under 20 weeks or over 28 weeks, and travelers with the following health conditions should NOT register:
  2. Elderly and Minors: Travelers aged 70 and above must complete a Health Certificate before registering. Travelers aged 70 and above must be accompanied by family members. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or a temporary guardian designated by the parent. If a minor travels without a parent, the accompanying adult travelers are deemed the minor's temporary guardians and are responsible for the minor's supervision and care throughout the trip.
  3. Drone Usage: Police Notice: Without approval from air traffic control authorities, it is strictly forbidden for any individual or organization to fly drones. Violators will bear legal liability!
  4. Valuables Safety: Safes are provided in cabins — please store your valuables securely. If the vessel is docked next to another ship, ensure cabin doors and windows are closed to protect your privacy and belongings.
